Extended Service Plan (ESP)
ClarityNet ESP is an annual maintenance and support fee that is based on your total ClarityNet® software (content) purchase. If Coastal hosts your courses, ClarityNet ESP includes the hosting fee and is calculated at 20 percent of the yearly content price. ClarityNet ESP is calculated at 25 percent of the yearly price for non-hosted solutions.
ClarityNet ESP includes the following:
- Toll-free access to Technical Support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Free upgrades to ClarityNet® HD courses due to content updates and revisions
- Free upgrades to ClarityNet® HD courses due to software version releases
- Free ClarityNet Training Management System version upgrades
- Access to special internet-based technical support page (http://support.coastal.com) for support and file downloads
- Special Coastal and Clarity/ClarityNet® promotions
Note: Once you are enrolled in ClarityNet ESP you must purchase ClarityNet ESP coverage on any and all additional software purchases during the active ClarityNet ESP plan period. Otherwise, you will forfeit your ClarityNet ESP coverage for all products.
Implementation Services from Coastal
In addition to ClarityNet ESP, Coastal offers a variety of implementation services to help maximize your training.
- Basic/Advanced Phone Implementation Support (4-hour maximum)—$500
- On-Site Software Implementation/Installation Support (1 day)—$3,000*
- On-Site Software Implementation/Installation Support (2 days)—$4,500*
- Routine Import/Export (shares data with an LMS)—$5,000
- On-Site Customization of the Clarity Courseware—$3,000*/day plus expenses
- One-Day ClarityNet® Training Seminars at Coastal (Virginia Beach)—$1,500* for up to 3 attendees
